Ais is well beyond eighth-life crisis but has yet to hit quarter-life crisis, and is luckily very far away from mid-life crisis. Terrifyingly, she talks in the third person. She likes manga, art, music, cooking, going to high school basketball games, and animals, but her true calling is possibly photography. Maybe.
Ais is altogether too tall and has black hair, usually. (She is uncontrollably obsessed with her hair, sadly.) She also wears black almost unilaterally, despite a deep fondness for adorability and pink cuteness [see also LiveJournal theme] and very expensive perfume. Her favorite colors are purple and ice blue. She is occasionally white trash-tastic.
Other obsessions include her piercings and her tan, which is just sad. Despite the occasional rumor, she hates illegal drugs with a bitter, bitter passion.
She has lost over 45 pounds, which pretty much rocks.
She loves going to concerts and has seen several bands, including in alphabetical order: Ashes Divide, Atreyu, The Bravery, Breaking Benjamin, Chimaira, Chris Cornell, Disturbed, HIM, Julien k, Killswitch Engage, Lacuna Coil, Linkin Park (twice), London Calling, Mindless Self Indulgence, My Chemical Romance, Neverset, Placebo, Seether, the Street Drum Corps (twice, of course), Suicide Silence, Taking Back Sunday, Three Days Grace, 10 Years, and 806 Main (three times).
Her favorite bands vary, but she always likes such bands as Jack's Mannequin, early The Used, Three Days Grace, Bad Religion, Johnny Cash, Bocephus, Sum 41, Slipknot, and Bon Jovi. The first CDs she bought with her own money were the first Good Charlotte and Evanescence CDs and Shania Twain's "Up", which was a very long time ago.
Ais once got into a brief argument with a Starbucks employee who insisted that mocha lattes did not exist; she has also argued with an embittered Panera employee on the subject of portobello mushrooms. She frequently manages to get herself into SOME kind of trouble, so other adventures include almost getting hit with a set of metal bleachers and being repeatedly stalked.
She has at least one twin, possibly named Alicia, who also gets herself into trouble and for whom she is frequently mistaken. She seems to be a drummer with a lot of angry ex-boyfriends who drove a blue sedan when Ais drove a blue sedan and got a tan Cavalier when Ais got a tan Cavalier. She possibly worked at Goody's.
Ais has a nameless LG Voyager, a Dell PC named Tachi, a Mac laptop named Odette, a 'vintage' iPod Classic named Bacon, and an iPod Shuffle creatively named 'Shuffle'. Her best friend is named Hyde. She has two dogs named Annie and Fiona and five psychotic cats named Magdalena (Dolly), Stanislaus (Stan), Pester, Claus, and Mireille. Her tan 2002 Chevy Cavalier, Cossette, sadly passed away. She now has a pewter 2008 Chevy Malibu named Trevor.
She considers the most evil things in the universe to be (shudder) Crocs and all their evil accouterments, insurance companies, gaucho pants, Bill Gates, and people who misplace apostrophes. She dislikes Christmas, Valentine's Day, and her birthday. When she was in school she participated in no activities whatsoever, with the exception of two years of Middle School Band, a brief stint in Chess Club, and the amazing feat of graduating from DARE.
She would now like to add that she is NOT 35, for God's sake. NOT! NOTNOTNOTNOTNOT!!!!
